We’re now opening AI Operator roles in Colombia to empower the next generation of future‑of‑work talent. Role Overview: AI Operator (Entry Level) This is one of the most exciting new professions emerging in the AI era. As an AI Operator, you will: build and orchestrate AI agents automate processes support product and engineering workflows create internal dashboards, tools, and automations experiment with new AI capabilities help scale the company's operations using AI instead of large team You don't need years of experience. You need: speed, curiosity, discipline, creativity, and a love for building with AI. This role is perfect for recent graduates who want to start their career on the frontier of technology rather than traditional corporate paths. What You Will Do Build AI Automations & Workflows Use tools like Make, n8n, Python scripts, or agent frameworks Automate repetitive tasks across GTM, product ops, customer success, research, and documentation Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and create smart pipelines Operate and Improve AI Agents Test and refine agents that help run daily operations Create processes where AI handles 70–90% of the workload Collaborate with the Chief AI Operator on agent ecosystems Support Product & Research Experiments Assist in testing new AI capabilities (vision, vital signs, user analytics) Help organize datasets, processes, and automation systems Contribute to workflows that support the evolution of the Guacamole platform Build Internal Tools & Dashboards Create simple dashboards for analytics, reporting, and insights Document workflows and processes for future operators Help the team run faster, smarter, and with fewer bottlenecks Learn and Grow Fast You will learn: how modern AI systems are designed how AI‑powered companies operate how to build with agents, automation, and workflow orchestration how to become a world‑class AI Operator in a rapidly emerging profession This is a role with upward mobility—AI Operators can grow into Senior Operator, Automation Lead, AI Architect, or Product roles. Who You Are Must‑Have Qualities Fast learner Highly curious Strong problem‑solver Disciplined and reliable Passion for AI + automation Good communicator Ownership mindset (can work independently) Comfortable learning new tools quickly Nice‑to‑Have Skills (You don't need them all) Basic Python Familiarity with automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier) Experience with LLMs or AI tools Interest in workflows, APIs, or data handling Understanding of UX or product thinking University project experience with AI, CS, engineering, or analytics Who Should Apply?
