Job Overview: Client Growth Manager

We are hiring a Client Growth Manager As a Client Growth Manager you'll be on the front lines of client engagement — helping potential clients understand why and how adopting the Practice AI platform into their daily operations benefits their operation- all with the relationship at the center point.

Daily interactions include generating new leads through outbound calls, welcoming new users, training legal professionals on the Practice AI platform, and supporting Trial users with conversion to a Subscription. This role requires a high volume of outbound calls, the desire to actively engage as well as follow up at a precise level both in terms of calls and documentation.

This role is highly collaborative and provides feedback for use with Business Development, Marketing and Product use for expansion. This is a high-impact role with room to grow into customer success leadership for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the complete sales lifecycle experience — ensuring that pipeline activity, follow-ups, and data hygiene are kept current.
  • Log all activity and client data into CRM (FreshSales), including notes, task scheduling, and team tagging.
  • Track and report on all tracked metrics - conversion rates from trial to paid subscription
