We're now opening AI Operator roles in Colombia to empower the next generation of future-of-work talent.

Role Overview: AI Operator (Entry Level)

This is one of the most exciting new professions emerging in the AI era.

As an AI Operator, you will:

  • build and orchestrate AI agents
  • automate processes
  • support product and engineering workflows
  • create internal dashboards, tools, and automations
  • experiment with new AI capabilities
  • help scale the company's operations using AI instead of large team

You don't need years of experience.

You need:

speed, curiosity, discipline, creativity, and a love for building with AI.

This role is perfect for recent graduates who want to start their career on the frontier of technology rather than traditional corporate paths.

What You Will Do

  1. Build AI Automations & Workflows

  2. Use tools like Make, n8n, Python scripts, or agent frameworks

  3. Automate repetitive tasks across GTM, product ops, customer success, research, and documentation

  4. Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and create smart pipelines

  5. Operate and Improve AI Agents

  6. Test and refine agents that help run daily operations

  7. Create processes where AI handles 70–90% of the workload

  8. Collaborate with the Chief AI Operator on agent ecosystems

  9. Support Product & Research Experiments

  10. Assist in testing new AI capabilities (vision, vital signs, user analytics)

  11. Help organize datasets, processes, and automation systems

  12. Contribute to workflows that support the evolution of the Guacamole platform

  13. Build Internal Tools & Dashboards

  14. Create simple dashboards for analytics, reporting, and insights

  15. Document workflows and processes for future operators

  16. Help the team run faster, smarter, and with fewer bottlenecks

  17. Learn and Grow Fast

You will learn:

  • how to build with agents, automation, and workflow orchestration
  • how to become a world-class AI Operator in a rapidly emerging profession

This is a role with upward mobility—AI Operators can grow into Senior Operator, Automation Lead, AI Architect, or Product roles.
