- **Gestión Contable**:
- Supervisar y dirigir la contabilidad de la agencia, asegurando la precisión y veracidad de los registros financieros.
- Coordinar la preparación de informes financieros periódicos, incluyendo estados de resultados, balances y flujos de efectivo.
- **Presupuesto y Pronóstico**:
- Desarrollar y mantener el presupuesto anual en colaboración con los líderes de la agencia.
- Realizar análisis de variación y proporcionar informes sobre el desempeño financiero actual en comparación con el presupuesto.
- **Análisis Financiero**:
- Llevar a cabo análisis financiero para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y riesgos.
- Proporcionar informes y recomendaciones para mejorar la eficiencia operativa y la rentabilidad.
- **Gestión de Tesorería**:
- Supervisar la posición de liquidez de la agencia y gestionar los flujos de efectivo.
- Colaborar en la optimización de políticas de crédito y cobranza.
- **Cumplimiento y Auditoría**:
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas fiscales y financieras.
- Coordinar auditorías internas y externas, preparando la documentación necesaria.
- **Preparación y Presentación de Reportes a Casa Matriz**:
- Elaborar informes financieros y análisis detallados para la presentación a la casa matriz.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de la casa matriz para proporcionar la información financiera requerida y abordar cualquier pregunta o solicitud.
- **Soporte a la Toma de Decisiones**:
- Colaborar con la alta dirección para proporcionar información financiera clave en la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
- Evaluar la viabilidad financiera de nuevos proyectos y propuestas.
Para aplicar necesitas contar con:
- Título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas o campo relacionado.
- Experiência previa como Controller Financiero o en roles similares en el sector de agencias de medios.
- Conocimiento profundo de las normativas contables y fiscales.
- Habilidades avanzadas en el uso de herramientas financieras (Excel, power BI) y software contable.
- Capacidad para comunicarse efectivamente y trabajar en colaboración con diversos equipos.
