About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our team in Michael Page Colombia. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post accruals to ensure month-end results show a clear and fair picture.
- Support accuracy and completeness of Corporate and Statutory statements.
- Apply finance technical reporting expertise to accounting processes, including IFRS standards.
- Continuously supervise BS accounts for any inconsistencies.
- Operate statutory and transfer pricing processes.
- Support key financial controlling processes: month end and period end closes, journal entry preparation, financial statement preparation and review, critical metric and data quality monitoring, balance sheet review preparation, adherence to Internal controls.
- Support statutory and management reporting for legal entities within scope of role is completed accurately, on time and in line with internal and external controls.
- Prepare year-end adjustments and transfer pricing reports with relevant partners in market and in Group.
About You
We are looking for a professional with 5 years of experience in day-to-day management of respective project P&L from accounting, reporting and controlling perspective, accountability for accurate and fair representation of numbers in financial statements at Management and Statutory level.
