Summary:
We are seeking highly enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. We provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction. As a front line of support, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-quality service to our clients while contributing to a positive and high-performing work environment. Even if you have limited experience, we welcome candidates who possess strong English-speaking skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to support calls and emails from our clients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain a high rate of our client retention by delivering superior customer service and addressing client inquiries effectively.
- Conduct research and resolve client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate solutions.
- Appropriately escalate complex issues for clients and participants, following our standard operating procedures.
- Participate in customer service training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills, enabling you to deliver exceptional support.
Requirements:
- English level 85% and above
- On-site (Medellin only)
- Deliver outstanding customer support
