As a Customer Service Support, you will play a critical role in delivering timely solutions to technical and academic inquiries and promoting the company's products and services.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming support requests, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging with students facing attendance issues. Additionally, you will address questions about class schedules and academic processes, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Intermediate to advanced English, Spanish, and Portuguese proficiency is required, as well as experience working in language education or a related field.
