**Resumen de trabajo**
Esta posición ayuda a crear facturas para clientes en los EE. UU. Él/Ella investiga y procesa los ajustes. Este puesto se comunica ampliamente por correo electrónico con clientes internos para resolver problemas de facturación internacional.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Realiza facturas para los clientes en los EE.UU.
- Mantiene las facturas de los clientes a tiempo.
- Edita la información relacionada con la facturación, actualiza la facturación del cliente y garantiza que se incluya la documentación de soporte adecuada.
- Crea y procesa asientos de facturación manuales.
- Agrega y mantiene la información y los requisitos de la cuenta del cliente dentro de varios sistemas de facturación.
- Procesa las facturas de los clientes.
**Calificaciones**:
- Experiência previa en facturación
- Técnicos, tecnólogos, estudiantes de carreras administrativas, contables, financieras o afines.
- Conocimiento práctico de Microsoft Word, Excel, Access y Outlook
- Buenas habilidades en inglés (escritura y lectura 80%)
**Horario de trabajo**:
lunes a viernes de 6am a 4pm - Primeros 3 meses en la oficina, luego híbrido después de la evaluación (4 meses en casa, 2 meses oficina)
