La organización Fortune Global 500 UPS busca a un Asociado de Billing Intermedio en su equipo. En este rol, serás responsable de procesar facturas y crear y distribuir informes de facturación.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Preparar conciliaciones diarias y analizar documentos fuente.
  • Garantizar la precisión de los registros de los clientes y responder a sus consultas según sea necesario.
  • Identificar, investigar y resolver cualquier error o disputa de los clientes.
  • Editar la información relacionada con la facturación, actualizar la facturación del cliente y asegurarse de incluir documentación de soporte adecuada.
  • Revisar los contratos de los clientes para conocer nuevos precios y actualizar las listas de excepciones de los clientes.
  • Crear y procesar entradas y revisiones de facturación manuales y comparar la facturación con las tarifas de los clientes.
  • Procesar registros de transporte mediante entrada de claves.
  • Agregar y mantener información y requisitos de la cuenta del cliente dentro de varios sistemas de facturación.

Requisitos y calificaciones:

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Competente en Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint y Excel.
  • Experiencia en contabilidad - Preferido.

Ingresos estimados: El salario anual es aproximadamente $60,000 USD.
