**Job Summary**:
**The individual manages COD Exceptions checks that did not auto match and resolve these items daily. The COD group works collaboratively to ensure that all COD tasks (Inbound/Outbound Mail, Mail Prep, Sorting, Processing, COD Exceptions, and Banking) are completed **timely.**:
**Responsibilities**
- ** Research 3 exceptions queues and resolve items daily.**:

- ** Contact customers for missing information and/or provide additional details on the resolution**:

- ** Research multiple UPS systems when needed to resolve items.**:

- ** Update and maintain excel files.**:
**Education and Work Experience**:

- ** Bachelor's degree on Finance and Accounting or related.**:

- ** 6 months minimum in accounting experience.**:

- ** Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, and Excel**:

- ** Accounting background - Preferred**:

- ** Fluent speaking English advanced (70%). A2 - B1**:
