**Resumen de trabajo**
El asistente de facturación de CMF maneja las configuraciones en E2K que perMiten que las operaciones de facturación en todo el mundo fluyan de manera adecuada, según las necesidades operativas y del cliente. El asistente de CMF trabajará en colaboración con otros miembros del equipo para procesar la creación/actualizaciones de CMF para todas las regiones del mundo, de acuerdo con los requisitos y reglas que tiene cada territorio. El funcionamiento de CMF implica flexibilidad y requiere de alguien que sea capaz de mirar fuera de lo común.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Procese todo el volumen entrante de solicitudes CMF, en base a asignaciones internas, lo que implica flexibilidad para moverse entre buzones de todas las regiones.
- Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo de CMF para garantizar que los casos se completen dentro del SLA.
- Mantener actualizados los procedimientos escritos de la CMF.
- Colaborar con el líder y supervisor del equipo de CMF para resolver cualquier escalada que pueda surgir y requiera acciones de forma urgente.

**Requerimientos**:

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
- Competente en Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint y **Excel**.
- Inglés intermedio
- Excel 70
