**Principales responsabilidades**
- Desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de venta en Colombia y cerrar ventas.
- Gestionar un ciclo de venta desde la primera reunión hasta el cierre del negocio.
- Entender y explicar los beneficios comerciales a potenciales clientes.
- Usar Hubspot para identificar oportunidades, registrar negocios, cargar secuencias.
- Elaborar y entregar periódicamente previsiones e informes sobre las ventas en curso.
- Prospección propia y gestión de oportunidades de venta.
- Realización de reuniones de descubrimiento y capacidad de resolver los problemas de los clientes.
**Perfil Requerido**
- Profesional de carreras Administrativas o afines
- Experiência de +5 años como Key Account Manager o Ejecutivo Comercial
- Excelente inglés escrito y hablado (C1).
- Experiência en CRM Hubspot y LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en cadena de suministro y logística.
- Experiência con ciclos de ventas.
- Excelente manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office (especialmente PowerPoint),
- Tener buena comunicación y atención al detalle.
- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la región.
- Conocimiento de la economía e industria Colombiana.
- Empatía para entender los problemas logísticos del cliente y ofrecer soluciones.
- Capaz de llevar la venta hasta el cierre del negocio con el cliente.
- Adaptabilidad del mensaje durante una reunión/capacidad para cambiar de discurso si es necesario.
- Capaz de captar señales no verbales.
- Tener un discurso de ventas diferente para las distintas áreas de la empresa - Logística, Comercial, Informática, Compras.
- Seguir un proceso estructurado para identificar a los responsables clave de la toma de decisiones en una empresa).
