Job Opening ? Bilingual Agent Location: Carvajal ? Av. Dorado #90-11 Responsibilities Provide customer service and support through phone, email, and web channels (Inbound). Resolve customer issues, questions, and requests. Deliver specialized technical support across different processes. Requirements High school diploma, technical or technological degree, or currently enrolled university students. Preferred fields: Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related careers. Minimum of 6 months of experience in technical support or Call Center roles. Proactive attitude and strong commitment. Salary & Benefits Salary: COP $3,370,820 + performance-based variable bonus of COP $320,000. All legally required benefits. Biweekly payments. Schedule Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. ? 7:00 p.m. Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. ? 12:00 p.m. 44 hours per week.
