Buscamos a profesionales en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Comunicación social o carrera a fines, con al menos un año de experiencia relacionada a ventas y marketing B2B, inglés B2+/C1, dominio de herramientas de Microsoft y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
Responsabilidades:
- Apoyo a las ventas:
- Apoyar a los estrategas de desarrollo comercial en la gestión de cuentas, incluida la tramitación de pedidos, presupuestos, contratos e incorporación de clientes.
- Coordinar el papeleo y la documentación relacionados con las ventas.
- Apoyar el proceso de propuesta de ventas
- Organizar presentaciones de diapositivas de Google y tableros de seguimiento de propuestas de Monday.
- Introducir la información de los contratos en Salesforce y hacer un seguimiento de los contratos pendientes.
- Programar y gestionar las reuniones internas y el proceso de lanzamiento de nuevos clientes.
Conocimiento del producto:
-Proporcionar información sobre el producto, características y beneficios a los clientes para apoyar su proceso de toma de decisiones.
Tareas administrativas:
- Mantener registros precisos y actualizados de las interacciones con los clientes, las transacciones y el historial de comunicaciones.
- Programar reuniones, citas y seguimientos para el equipo de ventas.
- Gestionar y organizar los archivos y contratos de los clientes.
- Crear y actualizar documentos contractuales según sea necesario.
Comunicación:
- Colaborar eficazmente con los departamentos internos, como marketing, logística y atención al cliente, para coordinar las actividades de ventas
Habilidades Requeridas
- Inglés fluido y avanzado B2+/C1.
- Experiencia relacionada a ventas o marketing B2B
- Deseable: Manejo de DocuSign y Monday
- Experiencia en Salesforce
Horario: Lunes a viernes 10:00 A.M - 8:00 P.M
