**We're seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team**

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with sales leads, negotiate deals, and support deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to provide appropriate solutions to customers.
- Ensure technical needs are met based on customer plans and specifications.
- Participate in meetings with customers and support the Commercial Director.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline regularly.
- Stay updated on technical and commercial aspects of critical power systems.

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related careers, marketing, or business administration preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers.
- Resourcefulness and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
