Account Executive (E-commerce) THE/STUDIO is a global company that empowers creators to transform ideas into custom products through AI‑integrated manufacturing. The Role We are seeking an Account Executive to grow existing business and manage e‑commerce customer relationships on our SaaS platform. What You’ll Do Close and manage e‑commerce companies on our SaaS platform Understand customers’ needs and represent their interests to our factories Organize and manage a production schedule for key accounts Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly Ensure customers receive cost‑effective services that meet their needs Meet regularly with cross‑functional team members to drive improvement Generate progress reports for customers and senior leaders Develop a strategic approach to exceed annual sales quota and retention targets Maintain the HubSpot pipeline consistently Keep customer churn below 5 % What We’re Looking For 3 + years of sales/account management experience, preferably in a startup 2 + years using a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive Experience in prospecting is a plus Background in e‑commerce or FMCG Proven success in implementing sales strategies and exceeding goals Interest in selling complex solutions to C‑suite buyers Excellent communication and presentation skills (English C2) Strong persuasion skills to influence internal and external decision‑makers Excellent time‑management, organization, and prioritization skills Remote‑ready with a desktop/laptop ≥ 8 GB RAM, noise‑canceling headset, 20 Mbps+ internet, and a quiet workspace Company Values Intellectually curious – appetite for questioning assumptions and digging deeper Self‑motivated – delivers excellence driven by purpose Strong communication – fosters collaboration and reduces misunderstandings Radical candor – open to constructive feedback and willing to give it Urgency – swift action and timely decision‑making in a dynamic environment Customer‑centric – starts with the customer perspective in all analyses Results‑driven – focuses on measurable objectives and outcomes Typical Hiring Process Submit an application with a resume/CV in English Initial chat with the Global Recruiter Hiring Manager interview Assessment / case study (if applicable) Final interview THE/STUDIO is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
