As a Billing Representative , you will be responsible for invoice working time and materials, manage invoices, contracts, and associated documentation online. The position ensures constant compliance with billing requirements, identifies gaps in the process, and generates value for both the department and business partners. To succeed in this role, it is essential that you have solid Backoffice, analytics and billing skills. You must be proactive, with the ability to build strong relationships with requesters and work effectively in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. Furthermore, a solid knowledge of finance is desired, as well as analytical skills to resolve discrepancies and issues related to the billing process. Key Responsibilities Understand the security solutions business and the scope of billing processes. Ensure that all invoices and contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. Responsible for developing and/or maintaining detailed, documented, and standardized process manuals for all clients in the portfolio and storing them in the appropriate location. Act as the main point of contact for billing inquiries and provide timely resolutions to customer concerns. Ensure that service tickets for all branches are processed within 24 hours once they are in the correct status. Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers under all circumstances. Requirements Minimum of 6 months of experience in Backoffice or billing positions is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze and resolve invoices discrepancies efficiently. Familiarity with specialized and third-party billing systems is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other account management tools. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
