**Access Nutrition Sales Representative**:
**Sobre el rol**:
Generar la demanda del portafolio institucional y asegurar el acceso a través de la promoción médica institucional, identificando oportunidades y gestionando las barreras de acceso en los prestadores, aseguradores y dispensarios de la zona asignada.
**Tus responsabilidades**:
- Realizar promoción médica buscando generación de la demanda a través de mipres-prescripciones efectivas y transmitiendo el mensaje promocional definido para cada marca.
- Identificar barreras de acceso a nível de Prestadores (IPS), Aseguradores (EPS) y Dispensarios en la zona asignada. Trabajar conjuntamente con los KAM de Acceso para solucionar las barreras.
- Construir y actualizar las ruta critica desde la prescripción hasta la entrega al paciente/usuario. Mapeando actores claves en el proceso, por cada EPS en la zona asignada. Compartir con el area de Acceso.
- Generar Planes de acción tendientes a ganar participación de mercado en las Instituciones a partir del analisis de la Información SISPRO, conjuntamente con los KAM de Acceso.
- Ejecutar estrategias de Inclusión Producto en los Prestadores (IPS)
- Compartir y socializar estudios con los profesionales de la salud claves identificados en las rutas criticas de los prestadores foco
- Asegurar la cobertura mínima de su panel medico, Prestadores y dispensarios a traves de la planeación y ejecución diaria para obtener la recomendación de los productos.
- Realizar y ajustarse a la planeación de su ciclo a traves de la herrameinta VEEVA con el fin de cumplir la cobertura.
- Registrar cada una de las visitas realizadas, con una alta calidad en sus comentarios (que aprendi, que compromisos se generaron y que quedo pendiente), para el establecimiento correcto de los objetivos a desarrollar con los medicos.
- Realizar un manejo adecuado del Producto para Evaluación Profesional (PPEP), verificando el inventario recibido conforme a lo cargado en VEEVA, registrar las cantidades entregadas a cada profesional visitado con su respectiva firma y hacer un autoconteo para verificar que las cantidades registradas coincidan con el inventario para asegurar el buen uso del recurso y cumplir con las políticas de compliance.
- Destinar adecuadamente los recursos disponibles como son el presupuesto para actividades promocionales, apoyo para educación medica continua para asegurar el retorno a la inversión.
- Asegurar la convocatoria en calidad y cantidad de los asistentes a los eventos de educación medica continua propios y de terceros, cumpliendo con los procesos y la normatividad para garantizar la recomendación de los productos.
- Revisar y analizar la data obtenida de SISPRO para enfocar estrategias, construir panel y orientar su objetivos al crecimiento de las marcas
**La experiência que buscamos**:
- Profesional en Negocios, Administración, Carreras de la salud o afines.
- Conocimiento de las EPS Sanitas, Sura, Compensar
- Experiência: + 2 años en visita médica y un año en acceso institucional (deseable)
