Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative with advanced English skills (B2?C1) to support outbound and inbound sales for a U.S.-based construction equipment company. This role involves prospecting, lead qualification, follow-ups, preparing quotes, and closing deals. You must be confident communicating with contractors, distributors, and procurement managers in the U.S. construction industry. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to contractors, distributors, and potential buyers. Qualify leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for construction equipment. Follow up consistently to advance opportunities through the sales cycle. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery expectations. Log all sales activities in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Collaborate with logistics and technical teams to support customer needs. Required Qualifications English level B2?C1 (advanced communication skills). Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development. Experience working with U.S. clients (preferred).
