As a bilingual Intake Communications Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal support. You’ll guide callers with empathy, gather essential details, and ensure every lead receives timely attention. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys meaningful conversations, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through. If you’re detail-oriented and have a knack for converting interest into action, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 2 PM to 10 PM EST (USA) – Days off: Wednesday and Thursday Your Responsibilities Answering phone calls, emails, messages, and other intake communications Gathering and documenting information from incoming callers Referring non-PI prospects and managing referral partner communications Filling and maintaining documents and records Organizing documents and entering information in CasePeer Scheduling appointments for consultations Preparing daily memos for the Intake Attorney Performing data entry and simple correspondence Following up daily with leads over the phone Meeting conversion goals of 15–20 intakes per month What We’re Looking For At least one year of experience in client intake, customer service and/or sales Comfortable working with VoIP phone systems, scheduling tools, and digital communication platforms Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Active listening and accurate documentation Comfortable in fast-paced environments Sales experience and persuasive communication Empathetic and professional demeanor Commitment to follow-through and lead conversion Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment What’s In It for You?
