Overview Join Our Team as a Legal Intake Specialist at Bush & Bush Law Group. Bush & Bush Law Group is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to fighting for the rights of our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Legal Intake Specialist (English/Spanish - Bilingual) to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This role plays a critical part in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that potential cases are effectively evaluated and processed. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of the intake process, and a passion for helping others. Base pay range : $8,320.00/yr - $12,480.00/yr. Compensation will range from $4 to $6 per hour, in addition to commissions. Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM OR 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Central Time. Key Responsibilities Inbound Call Management: Professionally handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents; gather essential information regarding the accident and potential legal representation needs; demonstrate empathy and professionalism. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and procedures; provide information about the firm\'s services and answer client queries; collect and document relevant details to assist attorneys in evaluating cases. Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; navigate and update electronic systems while engaging with clients on the phone; prioritize and address urgent client needs promptly. Document Management: Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards; organize and update client information for accessibility; utilize Excel and other tools to manage and track data. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to legal professionals as needed; collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth case progression; assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents. Qualifications Language: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with case management software is a plus.
