Intake Specialist – Social Security Law (Remote – LATAM) Legal Staff Now is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist with experience in Social Security Disability (SSDI/SSI) to support U.S. law firms. This is a fully remote, long‑term position for professionals located in Latin America who are experienced in handling legal intake, evaluating case eligibility, and providing exceptional client communication. The ideal candidate is bilingual, organized, empathetic, and capable of managing sensitive client information with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential Social Security Disability clients Qualify leads by gathering essential SSDI/SSI case information Assess basic eligibility criteria using firm guidelines Document client details thoroughly in legal intake systems Schedule attorney consultations and necessary follow‑ups Provide bilingual support to clients (English & Spanish preferred) Maintain organized, confidential, and compliant case records Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and legal teams Support daily intake performance goals with consistent follow‑through Requirements Experience handling Social Security Disability intake (SSDI/SSI required) Based in Latin America Bilingual: English & Spanish (strongly preferred) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle high‑volume calls with empathy and professionalism Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured intake procedures Remote‑work experience supporting U.S.-based legal teams preferred Comfortable working U.S. business hours Reliable computer, headset, and high‑speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps) Preferred Skills Experience using legal intake platforms such as: MyCase LawRuler Filevine, CasePeer, or similar Familiarity with disability case terminology, eligibility factors, and basic SSA processes Strong organizational and multitasking skills What We Offer Competitive hourly rate based on experience Long‑term placement with established U.S. Social Security practices Opportunities for professional growth Supportive recruiting and onboarding team Stable and rewarding work environment If you meet the qualifications and are looking to grow your career in the legal field, we invite you to apply.
