About the position: We’re looking for full-time Team Members for our Eligibility Team in the Medellin area. As part of our Eligibility Team you will have the chance to help us improve the healthcare experience in the US for thousands of patients by helping them with their eligibility information and inquiries (incl. eligibility verification, eligibility updates, coordination of benefits, etc.). Indefinite Contract. Responsibilities: Enter new member eligibility records into EZ Cap following established guidelines Validate coordination of benefits (COB) to determine payment responsibilities Verify current and past patient eligibility Obtain eligibility requests via email, and eligibility portal and perform eligibility checks Provide assistance to personnel from other departments with eligibility-related issues Review accounts, providing updates and information current plan statuses Help to train new employees and inform them about the TWH’s procedures and management policies Required skills and qualifications: University degree Strong communication, both written and verbal (candidates must be fluent in English, C1 or above preferred) Expertise in healthcare (US healthcare sector experience; does not need to be a nurse or doctor) and managing call center operations Excellent skills in use of personal computer software programs including but not limited to MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Technical experience managing data across multiple platforms Demonstrated critical thinking experience Strong time management and organizational skills Comfortable working in fast-paced environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
