About the role As a pinnacle role within our team, the Bilingual Senior Tax Accountant carries the responsibility of preparing a high volume of tax returns, providing mentorship to less experienced staff, and acting as a backup to the Senior Managing Tax Accountant. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of tax laws, an eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence, client service, and leadership. About you Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (native level required) Active CPA or EA license required 4+ years of recent tax preparation experience required Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance required Experience with tax research, planning, and preparation for individuals and businesses required Proficiency with tax software required (Intuit Lacerte preferred) Experience in tax resolution preferred Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Demonstrated leadership and exceptional tax research/preparation skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Self-starter with a high level of eagerness and achievement Exceptional client service skills WHY CHOOSE US?
