This role focuses on closing deals with warm leads who have pre-booked their call times, rather than cold calls or lead generation. This is a high-ticket sales environment, and performance-based bonuses reward results. This is a full-time and remote contract position. Responsibilities Close sales with pre-booked warm leads to secure high-ticket deals. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning our offerings accordingly. Monitor sales metrics and consistently aim to exceed targets. Log call data and customer interactions in the CRM to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Provide actionable insights to marketing and production teams based on customer feedback. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Tech-savvy with a broad understanding of modern online sales tools and platforms. Strong cognitive skills and the ability to engage with an educated customer base. Effective time management in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
