Regional Solutions Sales Manager We are seeking a Regional Solution Sales Manager with proven software and Digital transformation solution selling experience to join our growing Smart Biometrics sales team. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for complex solutions, including territory planning, account development plans, pipeline management, gap analysis, and risk mitigation. Lead generation by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound inquiries. Consultative selling by engaging prospects to understand needs and positioning solutions using product and service knowledge. Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including pricing, quoting, negotiations, and contract management. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams such as product management, program managers, and client solutions to tailor solutions and create proposals. Track sales activities, generate reports, and forecast sales projections. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or business. 10-12 years of proven experience in solution sales in the SaaS enterprise marketplace. Prior experience in digital biometric authentication/verification solutions oriented to finance, telecommunications, and other verticals, including biometric digital/electronic signature, digital onboarding, cybersecurity, KYC and related platforms. Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and ability to sell complex, high-value solutions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including pricing and quoting. Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. Self‑starter capable of working well both independently and in a fast‑paced team environment. Location and Travel Requirements The role is full remote and based in Colombia. Travel to meet clients is required.
