Overview We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring strategies are executed to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients. Responsibilities Lead client success through strategic media buying, optimization, and forecasting using CTC methods and Prophet system. Develop accurate Growth Maps and Growth Forecasts; collaborate with team members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist) to execute plans. Maintain data integrity across client accounts and ensure timely execution of growth strategies. Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets and strategies to hit daily projected targets and KPIs. Communicate performance, strategy adjustments, and optimizations clearly to clients and internal teams. Lead in pivoting when needed and drive continuous improvement of processes and best practices. Onboarding & Growth Participate in kickoff and onboarding to build a Growth Forecast using the Prophet System and data analysis. Contribute to Growth Maps, data analysis, and marketing calendar alignment with clients. Ensure alignment with the team and maintain data integrity across systems. Execute CTC practices, build campaigns using the company structure, and uphold ideologies and processes. Quality & Client Communication Maintain a forecast delta within 5% and ensure daily alignment with client strategy. Provide daily performance updates and participate in weekly strategy calls. Maintain high client satisfaction and adherence to Prophet system execution timelines. Location & Environment Fully remote with flexible scheduling, supported by regular 1:1 feedback and measurable quality benchmarks.
