As an Ecommerce Growth Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts and ensure strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for clients. You will communicate performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations to maintain client trust and position CTC as a strategic leader in performance marketing. You will be an advocate for CTC\'s approach to media acquisition and its tools, and you will set a high standard for efficiency, scalability, and results. You thrive on challenges, take ownership of outcomes, and are committed to building, optimizing, and scaling high-performance marketing strategies. ONBOARDING Align with the Brain Trust for ideas across clients and collaborate with team members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist). Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail; maintain data integrity across Statlas. Execute the Prophet system for clients and build Growth Forecasts, including growth maps, data analysis, and calendar alignment.
