Adaptive, creative, and resilient in pursuing goals. What Success Looks Like NECESSARY SKILLS KICK OFF PERIOD Be willing to put in the hard work and go through the kickoff phase. Develop a high-leverage new skill and implement feedback quickly. Finish work with quality and on time; demonstrate perseverance. ONBOARDING Align with the team and contribute to Brain Trust for ideas across clients. Collaborate with pod members including Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist. Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Maintain data integrity of clients across Statlas and manage Prophet system execution and Growth Forecasts. Build campaigns using our structure and best practices; monitor campaigns and adjust budgets/strategy to hit daily targets. Integrate data analysis and client feedback to develop strategic plans for the future. Be an early adopter when pivoting and lead in challenging situations. Commit to CTC’s Meta best practices and uphold ideologies/processes across accounts. ENSURING AND HOLDING THE STANDARD OF QUALITY OF WORK Maintain within a 5% delta to the forecast. Daily alignment with client on forecast and strategy. Execute Prophet system 100% within required timelines. Deliver work on schedule with high quality and attention to detail. Client Communication Champion communication; align Growth Map goals and next steps with clients; ensure team clarity on deadlines. Send daily performance updates to the client and provide weekly updates on strategy calls. CONTRIBUTING BACK Share learnings to improve systems and collaborate across teams. Contribute ideas to future company content production. NEXT-LEVEL SKILLS Communication Skills Fluent in English with strong persuasive communication and presentation ability. Empathetic client messaging and high emotional intelligence. Strong data-analysis aptitude and familiarity with tools like Google Sheets. Past Experience Broad experience across domains including mathematics, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, media buying, etc. Critical Thinking Structured thinking and practical problem-solving abilities. Impact Passionate about ecommerce and eager to contribute to a high-performing team; seeks autonomy and accountability. Results You will merge the Finance and Marketing sides of a business to build a forecasted strategy to help the business achieve its goal. Achieve certification and confidence in our ideology; execute Prophet system for top-quality client results. Deliver high-accuracy performance within 5% delta across Prophet Growth Map and Statlas. Lead and collaborate to optimize productivity; apply media buying best practices. Maintain client satisfaction above benchmarks; align daily on forecasts to exceed expectations. Adhere to quality standards in feedback, forecasting, media buying decisions, and system execution. Meet deadlines and budgets; contribute ideas to team discussions and company content. Domain Management Supervisor: Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. You’ll report to Joy Sharma, a mentor focused on growth strategy. Orientation This role will be client-facing. Salary and Career Development First month: $2,000 Second month: $4,000 Third month: around $7,000/month 1st Year Annual Range: $64,000-$76,000 2nd Year Annual Range: $100,000-$120,000 This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work. Growth, Transparency, and Fairness in Career Development Progress is clearly defined; advancement depends on system experience and execution quality. Weekly performance dashboard; pay transparency; clear path to higher earnings with monthly progress reviews. Autonomy with regular 1:1 feedback and measurable quality benchmarks; fully remote with flexible scheduling. We will provide mentorship and feedback to support your development and advancement within the role.
