Overview We’re looking for a Junior Ad Operations Executive to join our team in Bogotá and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally. Responsibilities End-to-end campaign execution – Implement and monitor campaigns across programmatic platforms. Performance tracking – Analyze campaign data to optimize strategies and improve results. Issue resolution – Identify campaign issues, troubleshoot, and escalate them to senior team members when needed. Technical support to the Client Success team: Provide quantitative and qualitative data to the Client Success team, assisting in the correct interpretation of metrics and issue resolution. Process learning – Develop a deep understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. The Role As a Junior Operations Executive, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring advertising campaigns while developing expertise in campaign management. This is a hands-on role where you will learn from senior team members and progressively take on more responsibilities. Process learning – Develop a deep understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. What You’ll Need to Succeed 0-2 years of experience in digital advertising or programmatic operations.
