Traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones medibles y rentables. Desarrollar el posicionamiento de Xertica como socio consultivo ante ejecutivos C-Level, asegurando que las soluciones estén alineadas con los OKRs (Objetivos y Resultados Clave) y la estrategia corporativa del cliente. Gestión de Soluciones GTM y Expertise Técnica: Validar márgenes, precios y viabilidad técnica antes del cierre. Promover y vender las soluciones de AI y Data de Xertica, como el AI for Fair Decision-Making (replicando la lógica "Justice-like" en mercados como Seguros, Finanzas y Gobierno) y, AI Geo Planning y AI Business & Governance Layer. Garantizar la claridad en el ROI, TCO (Costo Total de Propiedad) y la propuesta de valor de las soluciones Coordinación y Gestión de Negocios: Coordinar estrechamente con el equipo de Preventa (Customer Engineer) y CS en la construcción de propuestas técnicas, Pruebas de Concepto (POCs) y demostraciones. Validar márgenes, precios y viabilidad técnica antes del cierre. Asumir el control y la responsabilidad del P&L (Lucros y Pérdidas) en cuentas estratégicas Liderar negociación con clientes y partners. Mantener el forecast actualizado y reportar el avance del pipeline de forma rigurosa Post-cierre y Handoff: Transferir cuenta a Customer Success con plan de continuidad. Acompañar QBRs o presentaciones ejecutivas clave. Apoyar la documentación del valor entregado (ROI documentado) para facilitar futuras expansiones (upsell/cross-sell)
