Responsibilities
  • Convert current leads and partners into valuable new business opportunities.
  • Oversee and manage a business development pipeline that consistently delivers results beyond expectations.
  • Strategically plan and prioritize sales activities and B2B relationships to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and calls with partners to ensure strong collaboration.
  • Generate new B2B leads through market research, networking events, social media engagement, marketing campaigns, and other effective methods.
  • Build and manage trusted relationships with a portfolio of partners, ensuring client relationship excellence and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Sustain and nurture existing partner relationships by offering tailored solutions and adhering to ethical sales practices, fostering business growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate, communicate, and negotiate internally and externally to guarantee the timely delivery of appropriate products and services to partners.
  • Contribute to shaping the future sales strategy by identifying potential new markets, products, customers, and innovative business approaches.
  • Collaboratively set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets in alignment with management.
  • Continuously identify market opportunities while keeping a close watch on competitor activities and market trends.
  • Produce regular progress reports and forecasts, sharing key account metrics with both internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
  • Over 2 years of experience selling investment solutions to financial institutions, wealth management firms, call centres, family offices, and private investors.
  • Experience working within the financial sector, particularly with institutional clients such as call centres, asset managers, hedge funds, introducing brokers, insurance companies, commercial and central banks, pension funds, mutual funds, and family offices.
  • Established business network to effectively build a sales pipeline and close deals.
  • Proven expertise in sales and strategic account management, offering tailored solutions based on client needs.
  • Highly motivated for sales, particularly in new business development (hunting), with strong energy and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an asset.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Driven by success with a goal-oriented, overachiever mentality to consistently exceed targets.
