Overview Transform Pet Health with Tribe Wellness Sales. Tribe Wellness Sales, Inc. is based in Austin, TX. We’re seeking Protocol Review Specialists to join our full-time, 40-hour-a-week remote team—working from wherever you call home. This is a sales role with a mission to help pets thrive by guiding pet owners to healthier, happier companions, backed by a decade of focus and growth. The Problem We’re Solving We’re on a mission to help pets live longer, healthier lives through effective supplements. Many pet owners buy a product online but lack guidance on how to use it. That’s where you, our Protocol Review Specialist, come in—bringing guidance that converts purchases into real health benefits for pets and confidence for owners. Your Role in the Story Work from home, 40 hours per week, with a schedule of 20-minute Protocol Review calls. You’ll guide pet owners through tailored health protocols—clear, step-by-step plans to maximize their new pet supplements. Using a proven, ethical, Permission-Based Selling process, you’ll offer additional supplements that genuinely boost pet vitality, closing sales on 40–50% of calls and driving $2,000–$7,000 a day in sales, depending on activity. Responsibilities : Guide : Join pre-scheduled calls to help pet owners unlock the full potential of our supplements. Sell : Offer additional, beneficial supplements—ethically—earning a commission on every sale. Learn : Engage in daily coaching built on a sales system with recognized credibility. Thrive : Work remotely with a seamless CRM and phone system, making an impact from anywhere. What you’ll do : You’ll be part of our remote team, using a system that supports growth and a strong coaching framework. Who You Are You’re passionate about pets and energized by sales. You might be a vet tech, a pet blogger, or someone who loves talking about pets. You value growth, are a self-starter, and have strong English communication and the ability to connect with others. Must-Haves : Passion for pet health Strong communication Tech-ready setup (20,000+ Mbps internet, fast computer, Zoom-ready headset, backup power) Schedule : Choose a 40-hour slot (Central Time Zone): Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM or 12 PM–9 PM Tuesday–Saturday, 8 AM–5 PM Sunday–Thursday, 12 PM–9 PM Vibe : Hardworking, mission-driven, ready to help pets and their owners thrive.
