Mission Overview The Regional C&B Partner, LATAM, will lead the Compensation & Benefits strategy for Latin America, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and support for business transformation, while maintaining consistency with global practices, adapting to local needs, and keeping a consistent and attractive employee value proposition across Latin America. The role reports to the Sr. Director, Human Resources – Latin America. Key Responsibilities Monitor market trends – stay updated on regional compensation and benefits practices and conduct and analyse external compensation surveys and market trends to develop innovative initiatives. Bridge between global and regional teams – act as liaison between the global compensation team and regional leaders, translating business needs into policies and programmes; partner with managers to define competitive compensation packages; train HRBPs and leaders on C&B practices; support transformation projects such as integrations, restructures, and new businesses. Data management and analysis – ensure accurate and timely data for salary reviews, inflation, offers, benefits and structural adjustments; support or coordinate participation in market surveys; perform comprehensive audits to verify compliance and integrity of compensation practices; maintain adherence to Job Architecture; conduct ad‑hoc reviews and recommend market positioning adjustments. Benefits & total rewards – map, benchmark and optimise benefits packages (health, life, meal, transportation, mobility, wellness, retirement); manage vendors and administrators and lead flex‑benefit projects. Policy communication and implementation – guarantee communication and correct application of global, regional and local policies, including merit cycles, inflation, benefits, promotions and incentive programmes; implement and develop regional policies aligned with global practices; review and validate local policies. Support global compensation philosophy – contribute to the execution of global strategies, including short‑ and long‑term incentive programmes, equity plans and process governance; lead the design and end‑to‑end management of compensation programmes. Studies & Experiences Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Psychology or related field; MBA/post‑grad preferred. 8–12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards with multi‑country LATAM exposure. Expertise in Job Architecture, job evaluation/levelling and market pricing with global providers. Experience in managing pay structures, incentives (STI/LTI), mobility, benefits and compensation analytics tools and benchmarks (Mercer, WTW, CompAnalyst), Excel/BI, HRIS/ERP systems. Soft skills: analytical thinking, leader by influence, team spirit, customer‑oriented, matrix‑environment adaptability, problem‑solving, excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills, creativity, assertiveness, fast‑paced environment. Language Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus. Working Conditions This role could be a hybrid model or home‑office model.
