Logistics Specialist EZVIZ Inc., Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Hire a logistics specialist to oversee warehouse inbound, inventory management, 3PL vendor coordination, and warehouse outbound operations. PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS Experience in Customer Service/Warehouse Inbound/Inventory/Customs/Warehouse outbound and 3PL management/cooperation. Experience in coordinating with 3PL Vendor and KPI control. Knowledge of the Import/Export process. Advanced Excel skills. Advanced English (listening, reading, speaking and writing). Knowledge of SAP/WMS or other warehouse system; 3PL EDI system experience is a plus. MAIN ACTIVITIES Inbound planning, management inbound control, coordinate 3PL receive inbound within KPI, and monitor inventory receive, follow up the inventory claim till close. Monthly meeting to review 3PL KPI and create action plan with 3PL vendor. Assure timely cycle/regular physical counting, discrepancy analysis and actions creation, make sure the physical inventory matches with EZVIZ and 3PL IT system. Assure work instructions abnormalities (outbound) and work instructions operation quality control in order to high quality operation. Outbound planning, management outbound control with necessary documents support and high efficient service customer support. Logistics resource if needed, outbound freight rate control, receive on time vendors bills, check compliance and timely payment close. Report as requested. PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to communicate with others in an effective and concise manner, strong team cooperation. Proactivity, process strong analytical troubleshooting and problem resolution/solving skills and risk awareness. Following and implementing health and safety procedures in the department. Self-motivated, take responsibility for your accomplishments. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in logistics or business management. At least 3-years’ experience in logistics/warehouse management.
