As a Bilingual Senior Customer Service Representative working remotely in Bogotá, you’ll bring humanity to business by resolving escalated or complex calls, providing quick answers, consulting on products with compassion, and ensuring the customer experience is exceptional. What You’ll Be Doing Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? You’ll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers. Whether it’s getting answers quickly, consulting on products, or resolving issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between an average and an exceptional experience.
