How You'll Make An Impact Demonstrate outstanding listening skills while exhibiting excellent customer service, patience, and empathy to promote the company reputation of integrity. Answer incoming phone inquiries from clients, claimants and medical providers about claims information. Forward calls as needed to Resolution Managers and claims staff. Prevent and defuse situations through research, customer education and exploring alternative solutions to ensure a successful resolution. About You Advanced English level Bilingual. Strong typing skills and basic computer knowledge. Availability to handle calls and work on claims-related issues. 1 year of previous experience in contact center or customer support roles. Desirable Previous experience in handling claims inquiries. Practical knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. Excellent written communication via email and chat. Attention to detail. Previous experience in insurance is ideal but not mandatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
