Ubicación: Bogotá, ColombiaModalidad: Híbrido 3x3 (incluye sábados mediodía)Área: Riesgo & Data / CEO Sobre el rol KrediYA está buscando un(a) Head de Retención & Fidelización para liderar la estrategia de recompra, ciclo de vida, fidelización y lealtad de usuarios. Este rol combina experimentación, analítica y CRM avanzado para aumentar el valor de vida del cliente, reducir churn y fortalecer relaciones con aliados comerciales. Responsabilidades Diseñar la estrategia nacional (o regional) de fidelización, recompra y retención. Construir cohorts, segmentos y journeys basados en comportamiento, riesgo y valor. Diseñar e implementar campañas multicanal (WhatsApp, SMS, email, push). Liderar la ejecución técnica en HubSpot y coordinar automatizaciones avanzadas. Tomar decisiones basadas en data (trabaja directamente con el equipo de datos). Aumentar frecuencia de uso, engagement digital y recompra por cohortes. Trabajar transversalmente con Producto, Marketing, Data, Operaciones y Growth. Comprender profundamente una base de usuarios no bancarizada y con bajo acceso a productos financieros tradicionales. Calificaciones 7+ años en retención, CRM, lifecycle marketing o fidelización. Experiencia en fintech, retail, banca, telcos o e-commerce. Dominio de plataformas como Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce, Iterable o similares. Alta capacidad analítica y experiencia con experimentación/A-B testing. Profesional en Ingeniería, Administración, Marketing, Economía o afines. Inglés deseable. Beneficios Salario competitivo Rol ejecutivo con impacto directo en la evolución digital de toda la región.
