Location preference: Colombia (preferably Bogota, Medellin, Cartagena, or Baranquilla). What you’ll do Identify, drive, and execute process improvements to drive revenue and retention productivity. Champion complex cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring high quality deliverables, measuring results, and communicating business impact. Build and evolve reports and dashboards in Salesforce to help individual contributors manage daily workflows and leaders manage team performance. Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure the right tools, training, and communications support strategic initiatives. Oversee Salesforce and surrounding tech stack (Slack, Intercom, Gong, Outreach, and more) with Business Operations and Business Systems teams. Nurture relationships with partners in Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to align priorities, remove blockers, and keep projects moving forward. Act as a leader in the Delivery Operations team, setting a positive example and helping the team grow. Handle ad hoc requests, unblock users, and maintain automation. Support process optimization and automation projects that centralize, automate, or improve customer journeys. Support adoption of tools and processes through documentation and user support to enable strategic initiatives. Manage dashboards that track and audit process exceptions to ensure adherence and accuracy for projects and enhancements. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to align priorities and remove blockers. About you 2+ years of sales, business operations, or revenue operations experience. Expertise with Salesforce, including process, audit trail, and dashboard design. Post-secondary education in computer science, business administration, or a relevant discipline. Excellent communication skills, including presentations, facilitation, and consultative questioning. Meticulous organization, detail orientation, and task-driven mindset. Natural curiosity, proactive mindset, and the ability to challenge the status quo. Eagerness to learn a new, complex domain and the humility to ask for help when needed. Team player mindset with integrity and collaborative communication. Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation. Nice to have Experience in high-velocity, B2B SaaS sales or revenue operations. Understanding of revenue metrics across Post-Sale, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Experience with setting up automation. Experience with systems such as Marketo, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Outreach, Slack, Gong, Intercom, or equivalents. Salesforce certification.
