Business Operations Analyst

SD Solutions is looking for a talented **Business Operations Analyst - Card LOB,** to step onto a fintech unicorn rocketship

Company offers a hybrid format of work: (hybrid office visit - 3 days in the office/2 remote). The office is located in Edificio Select, Cra. 29c, El Poblado, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.

**Responsibilities**:
**Data Analytics**
- Manage and process operational, customer, and supplier data with accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Execute and troubleshoot macros and scripts in Excel or Google Sheets to create customized analyses using standard business assumptions.
- Leverage AI tools and machine learning-driven analytics to automate data preparation, identify patterns, and enhance insight generation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Conduct recurring and ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Refine and interpret analytical outputs into polished, business-ready visualizations and presentations aligned with organizational goals.
- Transform and visualize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.

**Process Improvement / Operational Efficiency**
- Collaborate across the team to streamline reporting processes, enhance data workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and implement automation projects to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy through data integration and AI-driven process optimization tools.
- Build and refine scalable processes for consistent, high-quality data reporting and operational efficiency.
- Use AI-assisted solutions to monitor performance trends, detect anomalies, and recommend process enhancements.
- Support leadership and business partners with timely analyses, KPI tracking, and performance reporting aligned with organizational goals.
- Balance multiple stakeholder requests while meeting SLA requirements and maintaining precision and quality.
- Automate workflows and integrate data sources.
- Build scalable reporting frameworks.
- Adapt quickly to evolving tools, priorities, and business needs while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business operations, analytics, or a similar role.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, macros, scripts).
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma).
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, dashboard management, and data integration.
- Experience leveraging AI and automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI Copilot, and Python-based AI/ML tools for data analysis, reporting, or process optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking ability.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities independently in a fast-paced setting.
