As a Customer Support Representative , you’ll be the friendly and informed voice behind every interaction, helping sponsors and beneficiaries stay connected and supported. Key Responsibilities Communicate with sponsors and partners via phone, email, and chat. Answer questions about the sponsorship program, donation process, and general inquiries. Provide timely and thoughtful support that reflects your commitment to every person. Collaborate with other teams (local and international) to ensure accurate follow-up and resolution of cases. Manage and update information across digital platforms and databases. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in customer service, social outreach, or relevant roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills both English and Spanish. Empathy, patience, and active listening are essential. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a detail-oriented environment. Comfortable using digital tools and learning new platforms. Less working hours. Flexible PTO/Vacation time.
