The Role We’re hiring a Customer Success Specialist (junior–mid, high potential) to own merchant success and revenue outcomes . You will be a coach, operator, and revenue owner for your portfolio of merchants. Your mission: Master YaVendió deeply and coach merchants to activate, retain, and grow using our AI. What You’ll Do Own a portfolio of active merchants , onboarding new ones every month Coach merchants on: Using YaVendió’s AI effectively; applying best practices to ads, copy, and funnels Diagnose why merchants are underperforming and drive behavior change Proactively prevent churn and identify expansion opportunities Confidently challenge client assumptions to steer them toward higher‑performing strategies Become a product expert and trusted advisor for LATAM SMBs Ownership & Success Metrics You will be directly responsible for Retention & churn prevention Revenue expansion within your portfolio Consistent usage and adoption of YaVendió What You Bring 1-3 years proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar (SaaS a plus). Professional working proficiency in Spanish (required) Hands‑on familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar) to guide merchants on best practices Strong 1:1 communication and coaching skills Comfort owning results, numbers, and tough conversations – you treat merchant outcomes as your responsibility Fluent using AI tools and able to explain them clearly to non‑technical users Analytical mindset: you look for patterns, root causes, and leverage High energy, fast learner, and comfortable with repetition and scale “Find a way” attitude — you take ownership, not excuses What We Offer Competitive salary + performance bonus.
