A Day in the Life This role provides centralized HR support across key global programs, ensuring consistent, accurate, and efficient execution of processes related to rewards, talent development, HR operations, employee relations, and payroll. It partners closely with HR teams and business leaders to maintain strong operational standards, address employee and manager inquiries, and uphold effective administration of HR policies and procedures. This position will be hybrid in Bogotá. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Deliver centralized HR administration across Global Rewards, Talent & Leadership Development, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Payroll Collaborate with HR teams to standardize processes and ensure operational excellence Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager questions, providing timely and accurate support Ensure accurate processing of HR transactions and compliance with policies and procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR programs to enhance efficiency and service quality Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or generalist/support roles. Strong understanding of HR processes such as payroll, employee relations, rewards, or talent management. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills when addressing employee and manager inquiries. High attention to detail, ability to work with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle), and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
