HR Portal - Content Specialist Location: Latin AmericaJob Level: P2Reports To: Global HR Content & Portal ManagerEmployment Type: Full Time Position Overview: This role supports the build‑out and day‑to‑day maintenance of our knowledge bases in ServiceNow HRSD. In this highly collaborative role, the specialist will work closely with the Global Content and Portal Manager, other Content Specialists, Content Owners and the Product team to maintain and continuously improve our knowledge bases and portal, ensuring it is easily accessible to our 28,000+ employees. Responsibilities Maintain and update HR portal content and manage use of tools, standards and processes, including authoring, provisioning, tagging, publishing, auditing, and providing input/feedback on HR portal content organization. Update, create any information that supports and encourages self‑service delivery on the HR portal. Support efforts to work with Regional COE partners and HUBs to curate HR content and drive customer engagement with HR user interface. Maintain existing employee‑facing knowledge articles and create new ones, coordinating sign‑off through publishing. Support and deliver on assigned annual and ad hoc HR projects and initiatives with requirements developed through the collaborative effort of cross‑functional teams and clients. Deliver on recommendations to promote increased self‑service and usage of HR knowledge and communications tools as indicated by operational analysis. The Ideal Candidate 3+ years of professional experience in Human Resources. Experience working within the ServiceNow product and in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar. Excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
