ProcureDesk is hiring a Full‑cycle Account Executive to own deals from first conversation through close. This role is for a seller who is comfortable sourcing their own pipeline, running structured sales processes, and consistently closing mid‑market SaaS deals. Responsibilities include prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing. This is not an inbound‑only or closing‑only role. Success requires discipline, strong business acumen, and the ability to sell value to finance leaders. What You’ll Be Responsible For Full‑Cycle Sales Ownership Source, manage, and close your own deals end to end Prospect into target accounts using outbound channels (calls, email, LinkedIn) Run discovery calls to understand customer workflows, pain points, and buying criteria Deliver product demos tailored to CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders Manage deals through the full sales cycle including follow‑ups, objections, and negotiations Accurately forecast pipeline and deal progression in the CRM Pipeline & Quota Management Consistently build and maintain a healthy outbound‑driven pipeline Own an annual quota of $500K Prioritize opportunities based on deal quality, urgency, and close probability Customer & Market Engagement Sell to finance and accounting personas at companies with 50–500 employees Navigate multi‑stakeholder buying processes Clearly articulate ProcureDesk’s value proposition tied to operational and financial outcomes Develop a strong understanding of customer industries and use cases What We’re Looking For Must‑Haves 2+ years of experience as a full‑cycle Account Executive in SaaS Proven experience sourcing your own deals for at least the last 1–2 years History of carrying a $300K–$500K annual quota with 60‑70%+ attainment Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions Comfortable prospecting, running demos, and closing without heavy support Strong communication, negotiation, and follow‑through skills Preferred Attributes Experience selling to CFOs, Controllers, or finance leaders Exposure to similar buyer personas or operational finance workflows Experience selling into verticals such as manufacturing, property management, construction, or logistics Self‑starter mindset with the ability to work independently Coachable, open to feedback, and focused on continuous improvement How Success Is Measured Quota attainment and revenue closed Quality and consistency of self‑sourced pipeline Conversion rates across the sales funnel Forecast accuracy and CRM hygiene Ability to close deals efficiently while maintaining deal quality Practical Details Full‑time role in Latam fully remote High ownership, individual contributor position Works closely with ProcureDesk leadership and revenue team Company Overview ProcureDesk is a SaaS platform that helps growing companies gain control over purchasing, spend visibility, and approval workflows.
