Company: Goxee Dealer Corp, US Software Company Established 2012 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Start date: As early as November 1, 2025 Compensation: $2,500 to $6,000 USD (including base and amazing commission structure) Vacation Days: 15 We're looking for a Sales Team Lead who thrives on the phones, leads by example, and can guide the team to new heights. In this role, you'll not only close deals daily with US dealerships, you'll also take ownership of the team's success, immerse yourself in our product, and help drive upsells and support. You'll work directly with the founders of Goxee to expand our footprint and build a high-performance sales culture. What You'll Do Cold call US dealerships daily to generate and close new business Execute and refine sales strategies, then align the team to follow Coach, train, and motivate reps through hands‑on leadership Understand and live the product to contribute to sales, support, and upsell conversations Collaborate with support and upsell teams to maximize customer value Report directly to the founders on sales performance and strategy Build and maintain a winning, competitive sales culture What We're Looking For Proven US market sales experience (SaaS, automotive, or B2B preferred) Native‑level US English with no accent Cold calling expertise: confident, persuasive, and relentless Strong leadership drive: you lead by example and others follow Deep product ownership mindset, you immerse yourself in the tools you sell Experience managing or mentoring sales teams preferred References required from past US sales roles Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead role Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the US market Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to inspire and influence others High energy, competitive drive, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Strong collaboration skills to work across sales, support, and product teams This is not a startup role: Goxee has been established since 2012 and operates as a proven, stable SaaS business Compensation $2,500 to $6,000 USD (including base and amazing commission structure) Commission structure with no cap: the more you close, the more you earn.
