Job Description As a Customer Service Representative , you will support clients in the financial services sector by handling mortgage‑related inquiries with care and precision. You'll provide accurate information, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure a positive experience throughout the customer journey. Job Overview Employment type: Indefinite term contract Shift: Day shift, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Colombian time (weekends off) Work setup: Work From Home, Colombia 5‑day work week 20 vacation days in total Fully customized Emapta laptop and peripherals Direct exposure to our clients Diverse and supportive work environment Unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses The Qualifications We Seek Required Qualifications At least 3 years of relevant experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong problem‑solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions Customer‑focused mindset with empathy and professionalism Comfortable using CRM systems and support tools Ability to multitask and manage high‑volume inquiries Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial services or mortgage‑related support Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in financial services What We’re Looking For A dependable, service‑oriented professional who handles customer concerns with patience and clarity Someone who contributes to an efficient, positive, and customer‑first support operation Your Daily Tasks Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Assist clients with questions about accounts, payments, and financial services processes Provide accurate information and solutions, escalating complex issues when needed Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in CRM or ticketing systems Follow standard procedures and compliance guidelines to protect customer data and company integrity Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, policies, and industry practices Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction About the Client Guiding homeowners with confidence and care, our client operates in the financial services space, specializing in mortgage solutions that help individuals and families make confident home‑ownership decisions.
