Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist located in the Bogotá D.C. Metropolitan Area. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, managing help desk requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting desktop computer systems and associated technologies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining system functionality and ensuring all IT-related concerns are resolved in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with Desktop Computers and related hardware
  • Knowledge of Information Technology fundamentals and systems
  • Proficiency in Help Desk Support tasks
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
