In this role, you’ll be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, timely scheduling, and exceptional client service. You’ll manage emails, organize client folders, answer phones, and keep the practice running efficiently through proactive follow-up and attention to detail. Schedule Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (USA) Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To: Supporting collections’ efforts by following up firmly and proactively with clients Managing the calendar and ensuring timely appointments Managing and organizing the email inbox, billing emails, and filing into client folders Coordinating newsletters using provided templates and content Answering phones and providing professional client support Supporting overall practice operations with professionalism and discretion Managing follow-ups with potential clients and ensuring consistent pipeline movement Scheduling all incoming leads promptly to ensure no opportunities are lost What We’re Looking For: At least one to two years of experience in similar roles Strong sales mindset with ability to convert leads Detail-oriented with sharp analytical thinking Assertive and confident in decision-making Extroverted and able to engage confidently Highly organized with excellent time-management skills Familiarity with social media management Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment What’s In It for You?
