We’re Hiring: Bilingual After Hours Intake Processor (Full-Time) Are you bilingual in English and Spanish and have a passion for sales, customer service, and legal intake? We’re looking for a Bilingual After Hours Intake Processor to join our dynamic team Hours: Monday–Friday | 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM PT Type: Full-Time Pay: Starts at $1,200 – $1,500/month + commission Bilingual (English–Spanish) – fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Customer service excellence – able to build rapport and guide conversations with empathy Sales skills – motivated to meet goals and convert inquiries into qualified intakes Attention to detail – strong documentation skills and ability to follow scripts/procedures Technical skills – comfortable using CRM and case management tools Time management & multitasking – handle high call volumes efficiently Team collaboration – able to work with remote teams and coordinate across departments Role Overview: You’ll be the first point of contact for after-hours callers, providing professional guidance, collecting accurate intake information, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
